This website offers visitors the ability to post research projects, connect with researchers and build research teams through the Website’s platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Members can contact us to cease terminate their contract and account, in which case they will become a user
Collection of personal information
The Website asks users to provide personal information when becoming members in order to carry out the function of the Website.
Membership is available to, although not limited to, clinicians, future clinicians, and health/biomedical researchers
Other groups may also join our service
Please keep your password private
Do not share your account login with others as this jeopardise the privacy of our members
Responding to project expression of interest
Please respond to expressions of interest within 14 days of contact
Failure to respond by 14 days will result in a reminder notification
Failure to respond by 21 days may result in removal of a project from our database
Notices and Messages
THE RESEARCH COLLAB may contact you directly via the website chat or email if we feel it is required or if you as a user require assistance
Certain project details that you submit are available to any user of THE RESEARCH COLLAB
Contact details including email are only available to members of THE RESEARCH COLLAB
By posting a project with your email address, you consent to be contacted by that email address
THE RESEARCH COLLAB will not steal or publish your paper
The information on our website is not comprehensive and is intended to provide a summary of the subject matter covered. While we use all reasonable attempts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on our website, to the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we make no warranty regarding the information on this website. Members retain ownership off their data submitted via the 'post a project' form to THE RESEARCH COLLAB
THE RESEARCH COLLAB will not steal, plagIarise or publish your paper nor do we gain ownership of a project once it is posted online

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

Users should take caution with the 'Post a project' function to protect their Intellectual Property. Users are encouraged to only post information that they are comfortable being public. We do not guarantee protection of Intellectual Property of information published on public pages of our website.

THE RESEARCH COLLAB is based in Victoria, Australia and therefore legal disputes will be carried out in an Australian or Victorian Court of Law
As with all social media, posting projects that contain patient information can lead to significant legal issues for the person posting and as such, members must think carefully about what they post to ensure it does not relate to patient identifiable data

Do’s and Dont's
THE RESEARCH COLLAB is a research classifieds for biomedical professionals. This list of “Dos and Don’ts” along with our Community Rules limit what you can and cannot do on The Website. Failure to comply with these rules can lead to take content down or legal action.

Inappropriately contact people who have posted projects on THE RESEARCH COLLAB.
Develop systems that scrape THE RESEARCH COLLAB’s content to copy or steal data
Post spam or viral content
Steal content or projects from other THE RESEARCH COLLAB Members or Users
Complaints about content
Please contact THE RESEARCH COLLAB if you wish to make a complaint about content on The Website and we will endeavour to rectify the issue
